Sinew Bombs are bombs that explode in clusters of three bombs dealing massive damage and can clear land very quickly. However, they have a short fuse and can easily can kill unprepared players. The only way to ignore the explosion is by making an Riot Shield which protects the player from the blast radius. The player can also detonate the bombs with a Bomb Control Remote.
