Health is a mechanic in Cavamine and it's also one of the most important mechanics in the game as it keeps you alive. If your health points are depleted, Death will occur and the player will have to respawn except for Hardcore in which the player's character is deleted. There items to heal yourself.

- Greater Healing Potion gives you the Healing buff which is better than the Regeneration buff
- Gold Apple gives you Healing and Healthy buffs
Keep in mind that the player's max health is 6000 health. The player is health is 5000 but in Hard Mode the player can find Life Berries which increase the player by 100 which means the player need ten berries, the berries come in bunches of five and one berries give 20 health.
